RETURN/REFUND POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you are interested in one of my items, and would like closer pictures upon purchasing, I will be happy to provide them. Once a purchase is made, there will be no returns or refunds.
The only time a refund would be considered is:
A) The product was never delivered by the means of shipping. (UPS, FedEx, USPS)
B) The product was broken or damaged upon receiving. (Proof of damage will be required prior to a refund, and will be at the company's discretion.)
SPECIAL ORDERS
Special Orders are ALWAYS welcomed! There is a 50% Non-Refundable Deposit Required prior to the project being started.
